Day-by-Day Action Plan
Day 1 – Announce & Inspire – Send launch email from HR or leadership. – Communicate the purpose: “We care about your well-being — and here’s how we’re starting.” – Share teaser poster on Slack/Teams or noticeboard.
Day 2 – Invite Participation – Share a quick wellness interest survey (3–5 questions). – Ask what areas they’d like support in (stress, fitness, finance, etc.). – Announce your first wellness session with calendar invites.
Day 3 – Run Your First Session – Host a 20–30 minute virtual session: – ZenStretch (desk yoga) – CalmSpace (guided meditation) – MoneyTalks (financial basics) – Focus on inclusivity and engagement.
Day 4 – Keep the Buzz Going – Share photos, quotes, or attendance highlights. – Send reminders about upcoming wellness actions. – Feature anonymous feedback from Day 3.
Day 5 – Share a Wellness Resource – Offer a tip-sheet, short video, or habit tracker. – Suggest 1 micro- action: e.g., drink 8 glasses of water, walk 15 mins.
Day 6 – Capture Feedback – Send a short form with 3 key questions: – Was this useful? – Would you join future sessions? – Suggestions or ideas?
Day 7 – Celebrate & Plan Ahead – Thank participants and wellness champions. – Share next month’s wellness sneak peek. – Highlight top participants or feedback.
